Introduction

I have been a floorlayer for over 10 years & I have a excellent understanding of all types of flooring. Since starting out as a floorlayer I have spent most of my time working for or alongside other companies fitting floors in a commercial environment,large areas, large housing projects, business, offices, school's &

hospitals etc.

With all this experience & good feed back I have gathered up, I decided to go it alone & start my own business AREA FLOORING. I am now a self employed floorlayer doing very well & I hope to expand in the future. Since starting on my own, I am a lot more involved in domestic work as well as commercial.

I work mainly in Bristol & through out the South West

I fit all types of flooring such as :

Traditional carpet (on gripper

& underlay) glue down carpet

carpet tiles, vinyl tiles, vinyl strip,linolium, safety floor (including capping, coving & weld) laminate,wood, wood sanding& sealing etc.

I also do preparation work such as latexing (smoothing compound for concrete floors for example)hardboarding & 3mm to 6mm ply(for uneven floorboards for example)
